Healthy Pumpkin Butter


With autumn quickly approaching, pumpkin spice has been a hot topic in most households. Although I love the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte, sometimes it’s nice to enjoy pumpkin spice in the comfort of my own home. Here is a quick and simple recipe for pumpkin butter.

1 can puréed pumpkin
3 tbsp pumpkin spice
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup ( I used #waldenfarms)

Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan and cook over medium heat while stirring constantly for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes on the stove, Pull the pan from the heat and let cool down. Place butter in a fancy jar and enjoy!

This stuff tastes amazing on waffles and pancakes!
