Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

This recipe is to die for during the chilly, autumn months. Its super easy and delicious and will make your house smell like a fresh, apple pie.

Serving Size: 1

Ingredients:

3 green apples
2 eggs
⅔ cup coconut milk
⅔ cup oats
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp baking powder

Slice apples and lightly fry with some coconut oil until soft. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl. Bake in a dish at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-22 minutes.
